To list a few of the grants we administer is for first time home buyers - we offer closing cost and down payment and then they receive limited rehab. Rehab assistance for homeowners and rental units, Lead grant - we remove any lead identified in the home, and septic grants.

NCHC is currently seeking general contractor's to join our team!! You must be able to front the material and labor of the project. All employees must have the lead renovator certification and you must carry liability insurance and have workers comp. We serve St Lawrence County residents and homeowners with various grants.
